Just thought I would share details of my appointment here if anyone else might wonder about it in the future. They just asked about whether my cycle has returned and then did an ultrasound to see if there were any issues they could identify. I didn't lose my tube, and they couldn't see any problems ...

I didn't fly but I had a long trip in the car a week after surgery, don't know if a flight would be different.
