Sorry to hear your HCG is rising. I something regret not getting the shot. I still have a 6mm mass in my tube as a result of Exp mngt.

I was unaware I was pregnant and because of the bleeding it was confusing about dates but I suspect my HCG was already falling. I was told once levels reached -5 to wait one cycle to increase folic acid and then try. I tried for 3 months and have taken a break since trying with the plan to try again...

I did exp mngt and I find I get pain in the same side around ovulation. Worse if I ovulate from that side obviously. I still have 6mm of "tissue" there so maybe it's the egg trying to get past that? Has yours completely resolved?
