I just wanted to update for anyone who might be looking for answers after Expectant Management. It's been six months (25mm) since my ectopic was diagnosed and I've just had a scan showing it is now 6mm. Three months ago it was 11mm.

I was discharged at HCG 6 after 11 weeks of expectant management. Scanned at 12 weeks and they could see a mass in same tube? Different hospitals so didn't have notes. Can sac stay longer that HCG? Or should I be concerned it hasn't dissolved?
