Positive thoughts needed today

Hello I'm 5 weeks pregnant after an ectopic last August, had a tiny bit of spotting yesterday morning but then nothing since so epac have got me in for a scan today at 11.15 so really nervous! Anyone had anything like this and everything turned out ok? I need to hear some positive news right now xx

Thank you everyone! So saw a gestational sac in my uterus which is positive, nothing in the sac but they said they expected that with me only being 5 weeks! Took my blood for hcg level and going to retake it Monday and then another scan in 2 weeks time xx
