Period pain after ectopic
Period pain after ectopic
However today I started my period and I've had intense pain to the point where I was doubled over and could not move. I felt faint, nauseous, had upset stomach and was sweating uncontrollably. The pain was so intense it felt like what I only assume contractions to be like. I've had this happen to me one time before in 2018 (where I saw the doctor and she prescribed me with tablets for dysmenorrhoea) but ive had nothing like this since...until today. The episode lasted an hour and has now eased off (thankfully!!)
I'm adding things together and wondering if anyone would know if this is something related to endometriosis or similar and linked possibly to ectopic?
TIA

Re: Period pain after ectopic
I'm sorry to hear you are going through this worrying time. I'm not medically qualified and am unable to comment on your particular situation. However, I'd encourage you to keep a note of the type of pain, duration, and intensity. As you are having concerns, it may be worthwhile speaking to your GP for follow-up and to make sure they are aware of the situation.
With good wishes,
Michele
