Dear Samali,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss. I think from your post, you have had 3 ectopic pregnancies, I am so sorry you have had to go through this.
I am not sure when you had your last ectopic pregnancy but women can experience pain for months following ectopic pregnancy. The pain may be due to adhesions (scar tissue that binds two parts of the body together) which form and take some time to settle. Your body may be preparing to ovulate and many women experience ovulation pain when they did not before their ectopic pregnancy - including myself. You also may have a heightened perception because of the sad loss that you have had to go through. Fibroids can also be very painful. If you find Your GP is being unhelpful, is there another GP in Your surgery you can speak to? Or perhaps with a history of fibroids and 3 ectopic pregnancies ask for a referral to gynaecology to investigate your ongoing pain or a fertility specialist.

There is no time for recovery, take each day as it comes,
Sending much love,
Karen x
