Welcome to our boards

Post by EPT Host 12 »

Thank you for joining our forum and a warm welcome to you. The EPT is passionate that anyone affected by ectopic pregnancy should receive excellent level of care and support throughout diagnosis, treatment, and beyond. From conversations and collaborations with organisations such as LGBTMummiesTribe, we are learning about issues faced by communities, trying to dismantle barriers and advocate for all. Our work remains ongoing and we are committed to doing so with members of the LGBTQ+ community.

You are welcome to use this space to express yourself and reach out to others in the LGBTQ+ community who have experienced an ectopic pregnancy. This can help relieve isolation and both give and gain comfort through the connection.

We are also keen to expand our personal stories section on our website and, if you are a member of the LGBTQ+ communities and would like to share your experience of ectopic pregnancy for our content, please do get in touch (email address below).

"I believe that telling our stories, first to ourselves and then to one another and the world, is a revolutionary act" - Janet Mock

We hope that the boards can provide support and please know that The EPT is here for you for as long as you need.

Sending good wishes
The EPT Team
