Dear isobel,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss. From your own words I can imagine what a frightening experience this was and I am sorry you have had to go through this.
Thank you for writing such a detailed account for anyone else going through this too.
It is very difficult with treatment for ectopic pregnancy as pain is so subjective and with treatment such as methotrexate, we all react differently.
I remember cramping pain but my bleeding wasn't that heavy, whereas some ladies like yourself, experience severe pain and heavy bleeding. Although your hospital visits weren't positive, you did exactly the right thing in seeking urgent medical advice with your concerns.

It is good to see that your levels are reducing.
For now, take things easy and at your own pace. You have had a lot to process in a very short time frame. He kind to yourself and allow time to grieve and heal both physically and emotionally.
We will be here for you for as long as you need.

Sending much love,
Karen x
