Bladder problem post ectopic
Bladder problem post ectopic
I had surgery (key hole) and also a catheter fitted, the whole Fallopian tube was removed after it ruptured in the middle of the night (luckily I was kept in hospital from finding out to the operation)
Since then I have had bladder problems and problems wirh urine incontenance.
I am under urology at hospital, have had several tests and also a procedure last Easter where they filled my bladder with coloured dye and inserted swabs. I’m currently at my follow on appointment - a year after last being seen!
Iv had a scan today which shows urine still in my bladder after urinating. They feel it’s bevause of the ectopic but don’t know what to do next and can’t beliwve at 25 years old I’m suffering - apparently my bladder looks healthy and they can’t pin point the problem.
HELP - has anyone else had similar problems or any problems with their bladder after an ectopic? All comments welcome. Thank you.

Re: Bladder problem post ectopic
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss and continued symptoms.
Sadly I am not medically trained so cannot give you advice on your symptoms but I am pleased to hear that you have sought specialist advice.
I hope that you get some answers soon.
Sending much love,
Karen x
