Pulling sensation after surgery

Post by Sakreader2003 »

Hi all,

I had surgery just over a week ago, I am not really in pain but I stupidly did a really long stretched when I woke up, not sure if it's related. Now when I lie down I feel a pulling sensation on my lower side anyone had similar? Xxx

Dear Sakreader,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss.
It is common to feel pain and discomfort following surgery, I would advise taking pain relief as directed by your doctors, resting, and gentle warmth to the area such as those microwaveable heat bags.
The discomfort should start to settle over the next few weeks, however if it doesn’t or if the pain worsens I would advise seeking medical advice.

Sending much love,
Karen x
