Vaginal discharge 7 weeks after methotrexate

Post by Sansa »

I have had a period now but I have noticed on a couple of occasions after peeing that I have stretchy discharge coming out from me into the toilet. It doesn't smell bad. Has anyone's discharge changed after taking methotrexate?

Dear Sansa,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
Cervical/vaginal mucus does change during your cycle so it could well be related to change in hormones.
If it continues or becomes offensive smelling or you develop tummy pains or temperatures, please seek medical advice.

Sending much love,
Karen x
