Treasured Tulips Tributes 

Treasured Tulips are a unique way for you to remember and commemorate your pregnancy. You can choose a virtual tulip to “plant” in the EPT’s Treasured Tulips gardens on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You can see and visit your Tulip wherever and whenever you wish. You can personalise to add a name or date and we have downloads that you can share. You can dedicate a Tulip for yourself or for someone else.  

You are welcome to donate a small amount for your tulip to help our small charity and our suggested donation is £1.  Almost every single penny will go to supporting others going through the ordeal of ectopic pregnancy.

Please contact us using the form below with the following details to dedicate your Treasured Tulip.  The patch with your Tulip will be shared when it has been filled and you will receive an email notification (check your spam/junk box).

Please include the following on the form below:

• Your first name
• Your last name
• Your email address
• The name or date you have chosen – this is the name or date that you would like to appear on your tulip
• The message section is for any further information you would like to share with us – for example preferred colour of tulip or, if you have had more than one loss, please include additional names/dates
