EPT Events
Our events are created and hosted by The EPT team to bring people together, raise awareness, and support anyone affected by ectopic pregnancy. From reflective moments of remembrance to community walks, fun fundraisers, and virtual challenges you can take part in from home, there’s something for everyone.
Whether joining us for an in-person event or virtual, you’ll be part of a caring community helping to ensure no one faces ectopic pregnancy alone. Every step, every sip of tea, and every mile covered makes a difference.

EPT Walk of Remembrance
The Walk of Remembrance is a personal and reflective way to honour your experience and walk in solidarity with those affected by pregnancy loss. Each participant chooses their own location, route, and pace.
Registration is £20 per person, which helps cover the event costs and supports the work of The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust. Fundraising is completely optional - but if you’d like to go a step further, a fundraising page is created with each registration and every pound you raise will help us provide life-saving information and trusted support for those affected by ectopic pregnancy.
By registering, you’ll be joining a community walking with love, compassion, and remembrance. Together, we can make sure no one has to face the heartbreak of ectopic pregnancy alone.
Distance: 10 miles - this does not need to be completed in one walk - in October
Fundraising: Optional. When registering with Enthuse a fundraising page is automatically generated.

EPT 5k & 10k Challenge
Looking for a way to raise awareness and support from wherever you are? Our EPT 5k & 10k mini-challenge gives you that flexibility. You decide whether you run, walk, jog, swim or cycle, indoors or outdoors, you decide the pace, location (garden, park, trail, treadmill - your call), and the distance (5 km or 10 km). Everyone’s welcome, including those who use mobility aids. Sign up as an individual, duo, or team.
There is a small registration fee per person, which helps cover the event costs and supports the work of The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust. Fundraising is completely optional - but if you’d like to go a step further, a fundraising page is created with each registration and every pound you raise will help us provide life-saving information and trusted support for those affected by ectopic pregnancy.

Hold an EPTea Party
A cup of tea and a slice of cake can be a real source of comfort - especially when shared with friends, family, or colleagues. With an #EPTea Party, you can turn those moments of connection into something even more meaningful: raising awareness and vital funds for The EPT.
Pop the kettle on, gather your loved ones, and enjoy time together while making a difference for those affected by ectopic pregnancy.

Gaming for Charity - gamE Play supporT
Love gaming? Why not turn your passion into a powerful way to support The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust. Whether you’re on a console, PC, or mobile, you can stream, set challenges, or simply play your favourite games while raising awareness and funds.
It’s fun, flexible, and impactful - proof that you really can make a difference one game at a time.

The EPT1000 Challenge - Your Goal, Your Way
Looking for a challenge that will keep you motivated all year long? The #EPT1000 Challenge is designed to stretch, inspire, and give you an incredible sense of achievement.
It’s simple, low cost, and completely in your control. Over 12 months, aim to cover 1000 miles or 1000 kilometres - whether you run, walk, cycle, or mix it up.
To break it down, that’s roughly:
83 km/miles per month
19 km/miles per week
2.7 km/miles a day
Take it one step, spin, or stride at a time - by the end, you’ll have achieved something truly extraordinary.

EPT Tulip Trundle
Step into spring with our Tulip Trundle - a virtual 5k or 10k challenge where you can walk, run, jog, or cycle at your own pace, in your own place. It’s a wonderful way to raise awareness while moving for a cause that matters.
Registration carries a small fee, and fundraising is entirely optional. Every step helps us shine a light on ectopic pregnancy and support those who need us most.
The 2025 Tulip Trundle is now closed, but details of our 2026 event will be announced shortly.

EPT Hike towards Healing
Embark on a journey of reflection, connection, and healing with The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust. Our Hike Towards Healing is more than just a walk - it’s a shared experience where nature meets support, and every step brings us closer together.
Held annually, this event offers participants the chance to honor personal experiences, share stories, and connect with others who understand. Previous hikes have included guided routes through stunning landscapes, providing both a challenge and a meaningful space for reflection, under the expert guidance of Take a Hike UK.
Whether you’re walking in memory, in solidarity, or simply to support our community, the hike is suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness, with experienced guides ensuring everyone feels supported.
We will be announcing details for the 2026 Hike Towards Healing shortly. Keep an eye on our website and social channels for updates, and sign up early to secure your place.

The EPT 80 in 1 Challenge - 80 miles in one month for the 1 in 80
Did you know that around 1 in 80 pregnancies are ectopic? To shine a light on this common and life-threatening condition, we invite you to take on 80 miles in one month with the #EPT80in1 Challenge.
This virtual event runs every August, uniting our community in memory, awareness and hope. Registration for August 2025 is now closed, but we’ll be opening sign-ups for August 2026 in spring.
Can’t wait until then? You can still take part at a time that suits you - just drop our Fundraising and Campaigns Co-ordinator, Kerri, an email at kerri@ectopic.org.uk and she’ll help you get started.
Run, walk, cycle, or mix it up - however you choose to move, aim for 80 miles in 30 days (that’s about 2.6 miles a day).
